Meserret Palace Hotel

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, the lovely other staff in the front desk (can?t remember names) have been so helpful throughout.The location is excellent for all the major attractions with the tram only 5 away. Hotel beautiful.

The breakfast options could have been better, and most hot food (3 hot options) finished by 9.30am.

No microwave, no iron, no power adapter, stairwell very dark

This hotel was at a great location. Best part about this hotel was the friendly and helpful staff. I had a pleasure to deal with Mr. Recep who was very polite and helpful. Excellent service from the hotel. Breakfast was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this place to anyone especially coming from USA. This hotel is closed to all the main attractions.

Nothing to dislike

Helpful staff, nice rooms, great location, and delicious breakfast.

Elevators weren't functioning properly - the doors would start closing even if you are trying to open it by putting your hand or body to activate the sensor. We had an infant and it was dangerous.

Staff is very,friendly and helpful. Location,is great to visit the city center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests.

Only one elevator

The only thing I like about this hotel was its location!

I booked a king’s suite, but it lacked a table and chairs for dining. Instead, it had only one king’s bed and three single beds.The room’s rugs were extremely dirty, and dust was everywhere. I had booked breakfast, but whenever I went to eat, the only options were various cheeses and vegetables. Moreover, ninety-nine percent of the time, the warm food was empty. I tried different times, but the situation remained the same.The staff seemed to be working in a restaurant and needed extensive training in customer service. They were very disrespectful, and most of the time, all the tables were covered in dirty dishes, making it impossible to sit down.Overall, this hotel was the worst place to stay. The only positive aspect was its location.

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great breakfast options in a very unique setting. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Bathroom floor had some particularly dirty areas (mainly the corners), sink plug wasn't very functional and the bar only had sparkling water and beer to offer.

Great size rooms and bathrooms staff was wonderful .

On the first floor they were remodeling all the rooms and it was a lot of noise during the day.

Stay was confortable. Bathrooms have been renovated and are modern. Special thanks to Yasim the night receptionist.he is the best in customer service.

Pluses: good location, very close to marmaray and tram, several exits and entrances, close to all main sightseeings, close to Hafiz Mustafa, quite close to Galata Bridge, close to many cafes

Noisy, no window in my room, they were cleaning my room not always, breakfast is super modest, nothing to eat

A deposit is required before check-in. The lobby is closed. No clothes iron available, but there is washing services

It's in a local neighbourhood, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is in an old grand building so it seems less like a hotel. The streets nearby are full of life.

The street outside can be noisy because it's busy and the aircon didn't work properly.

Wifi was great, room was large, clean and very comfortable. Excellent central location
